Terms & Agreement

·      I, Thomas Castillo El Bey, owner & founder of MELANATED STARS INC, preserve all my rights without prejudice to disclose my private work to anyone I choose. 

 

·      By making the conscious decision to purchase my services, you are subjecting to  a contract of my terms & conditions.

 

·      My screenplays “Humptonville Days Of The Man Eating Trees” & “Trigger” were copyrighted by the Library Of Congress as of April 25th, 2015 gregorian time. Therefore, unarthorized review, use, disclosure or distribution without my “Expressed Permission” will result in violation of Copright infringement of $1,000,000.00 and possible lawsuit. All rights reserved, without prejudice, UCC 1-308 / 1-103.

 

·      I complete all my work in 4 days or less (unless working on a screenplay for customer/partner). In the event of where I failed to uphold my word of completing in 4 days, I will refund 50% of the purchased service I provided for the individual. If desired to have a document completed in 3 days, it’ll be an extra $5 charge.If desired to have a document completed in 2 days, it’ll be an extra $10 charge. If desired to have a document completed in the same day of requested service (within a 16 hour timeframe or before midnight depending on the request) it's a $20 charge to get an essay (or document(s)) done the very same day of purchase, due to unexpected timing and completing the research needed to explain details on the topic.

 

·      There are no refunds for creative story pieces & personal poetry. However, in the event of purchasing poetry for another individual, I will send the customer a rough draft of the wording before making any desired changes. If the customer is still unsatisfied with the poem, they will have to make another purchase for a new one.

 

·      There are no refunds on any essay, proofreading, resume with cover letter, and/or writing service. However, if an individual is unsatisfied with any document provided by MELANATED STARS INC, I will edit the document(s) twice for FREE before asking for another payment. If a customer purchases writing service(s) for documents, there is a limit on pages in the amount of 13 pages before renewing a purchase.


·      There are no refunds for creating movie/TV/Book ideas with me. However, there is no set timing for any document purchased. Once a buyer makes the decision to build their creative foundation with me, it is a lifetime agreement of co-partnership. If the script wins a contest and/or was to ever get purchased by any company or third party, the profit is split 50/50 to both parties. MELANATED STARS INC creates the work anyway the customer/partner sees fit for the screenplay, I have no right to the idea but I reserve my right to subtract any of my contributed original idea(s) from the work purchased. Once the customer decides & estimates on how many pages they should choose to order, that is the set price for the item, any page unused is not refunded. Any number of pages added after the agreed cost of screenplay and/or booklet sheets, the customer must pay for the item, again. When purchasing an item again for having to add extra pages to complete the script, whatever page(s) unused will be refunded according to the agreed deal for the cost of a page. In the event a party desires to revise a screenplay and/or book, The other party must be notified. If failing or refusing to notify a party of the changes, the individual has a  right to file a lawsuit against the other party for copyright infringement. If it is wished to have 100% ownership of the work, it can be brought for $7,000 by either party with the other individual's consent. Any failure to keep your promise of agreeing to any of these terms involving creating a script with me can result in a lawsuit in a penalty of $1,000,000.00 & possible jail time for violation of copyright infringement.

 

·      Terms & agreements are subject to change. If they change, every previous customer will be notified of changes.

 

·      Every customer receives a copy of the current terms & agreements from the date of purchased item along with purchase.

 

·      DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT responsible for any failure my private service may have caused you if desired a different result involving a misunderstanding a client may have had purchasing my service. Please be advised and purchase at your own will.
